WHO ARE WE?

 Our mission is simple.  We intend to dispel the popular modern myths of management and leadership that have been shared by "experts" in the social media realm.  We desire to share our experience as managers and leaders with anyone with a willingness to learn and a passion for leadership excellence. 

Our vision is to see a new generation school of thought for people leaders to understand that management is a necessary component of leadership, and when done well, becomes the springboard to leadership excellence.

Our values are rooted in the principles outlined in the text Manage to Lead:  Building Blocks for Leadership Success.  Those principles are best summed up by the leadership success formula outlined by our founder, Hunter, the author of the Mange to Lead text.
